Lobster Rolls are typically not our sandwich of choice, for two main reasons. First, mayonnaise tops the list of foods we detest. No offense to the mayo lovers out there, but it is one of those condiments that we really cannot eat. EVER. Most Lobster Rolls we have come across in restaurants in the past had mayo. Second, we are also not fans of cold sandwiches, especially if it does not involve cold cuts. Again, most lobster rolls we have seen on restaurant menus feature cold lobster slathered in way too much mayo.

We love sausages. So, when we went to Toronto last year, we made it a priority to visit the sausage street carts almost daily. They were filling, juicy, and amazing- the perfect meal for a spring or summer day. Because we love it so much, we decided to make our own zesty version using hot Italian sausage. PB and Nutella Perfect UnionMove over jelly, there’s a new girl in town and her name is Nutella. Chocolate hazelnut spread, commonly referred to its branded name Nutella, is a sweet and creamy combination of hazelnut butter, cocoa, and milk. Nutella (or any brand of chocolate hazelnut spread) is good alone, but add peanut butter, and you have serious finger lickin’, just took a trip to food heaven, good. For me, peanut butter with chocolate is one of the best food combinations that exist. Continue reading
